A flowing and flawless eternity

Who can stop it? No one. Are there options? Always. At least two. Either you follow and flow or you react and resist.

So, endless, yes. But flawless? Still, yes. Not only flawless, but also perfect, in its own uniqueness.

But, what is it that makes this endless eternity so flawless?

– Life itself. Whatever happens everyday. All the blessings across your pathway.

If you dissociate yourself from the things that take place relentlessly, every day, if you manage to get out of your body and fly over, in a hot air balloon, for example, you will notice that beauty is all over the place, that magic is all over your mini-universe, filling every aspect of your life with perfection and uniqueness.

First of all, it’s the very fact of getting up every single morning. The privilege of opening your eyes and the another one chance that you have to make things better, to try again, to go out and seek for meaning, purpose, pleasure, and everything that motivates you, is the biggest blessing of all, it’s the most perfect thing that can happen to you EVERY day.

Then, there is the weather, sunny or rainy, to reveal nature’s beauty. It’s the neighborhood, these two ladies that you greet every morning. It is this coffee with friends. Happy coincidences with beloved people and friends. Discussions with purpose and care. The smell of coffee. The taste of the sweets, the snacks. The noises from around. The voices that travel you back to the very first days that you met with your friends. The nostalgic images and feelings. The laughs. The hugs and the gifts. The rumors and the discussions.

And then, it’s another person or persons that you hang out with. Family and friends. Lunches, brunches, dinners, parties, board games and live, active experiences, you-name-it, wrapped altogether into shots of gratitude and happiness. More laughs, more opportunities to do pleasant things, play, have fun, and be like a child again. Self-care rituals, long walks, summer nights, summer cinemas, wines, drinks, more laughs. More people. New people, old people. New friends, old friends. You lick the bowl, you eat the cake, you go on that date, you go on that trip, you visit that place. And you repeat.

An abundance of blessings. An abundance of priceless gifts. What else could one ask for?

It only takes a few seconds to reframe your reality and your reality changes. All this time, all these blessings, all these people, all these games, all these songs, laughs, moments of fulfilment and happiness, are impeccable proofs that life is perfect, that it flows indeed, flawlessly, in this endlessly flowing journey of life.

Present wouldn’t be called “present” if it wasn’t a gift. Or, it is called present because it is a gift.

We stay in the present, we bring ourselves to the present moment, wherever we are, we are all there, one hundred per cent, body, soul and mind. We absorb everything that is around us and we enrich our inner world, we invest, we honor our bodies, our souls, our minds… we charge our batteries, we feed our souls, we let our inner child be thrilled with excitement and joy.

Of course, we don’t forget those friends that left and are no longer among us. They will be forever remembered and cherished because their “perfection” was, is and will be a lesson for us. And we also don’t forget those people that are in some kind of struggle. Again, their strength, courage, perseverance, creativity, dignity, happiness, joy and smile, are additional “perfections” to learn from, to imitate, to embrace, and to appreciate.

After you perform this dissociated, “helicopter” view of your everyday life, and get the blessings and the lessons mentioned above, and decide that it is time to associate yourself to your body again, please make sure to keep the lessons in your mind, and all the things that you experienced as representations in your mind and as feelings and senses in your body.

Myself, I do keep close to my heart every wave of change, every stream of energy, light, and oxygen to pump and bring more and more life, and exciting opportunities ahead.
